The study is based on 391 employee responses collected through convenience and snowball sampling. The results demonstrate that digital entrepreneurial education and training positively affect both entrepreneurial competence and EI. Moreover, entrepreneurial competence serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between digital entrepreneurial education and training activities and EI. This study makes an original contribution by jointly examining digital entrepreneurial education and training, entrepreneurial competence, and digital entrepreneurial intention within a single analytical framework. The study is designed to advance digital entrepreneurship. Its implications are relevant for policymakers, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angel investors, and international development organizations.
