This study aims to examine how four types of workplace flexibility affect employee engagement. Data were collected from 185 young employees under the age of 30 in 2022 using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The responses were analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings revealed that both workspace flexibility and operational flexibility significantly and positively influence employee engagement. The study offers meaningful implications for organizational practice and society, while also enriching scholarly understanding of the link between workplace flexibility and employee engagement within the field of human resource management.
