A theoretical framework was developed to assess this relationship, supported by data collected through expert interviews and structured questionnaires. The research aimed to identify and prioritize key indicators that link organizational culture to performance outcomes in UAE organizations. A total of 131 responses were obtained from both public and private sector entities across the country. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance, with job satisfaction emerging as a particularly strong mediating factor. Additionally, the study found no significant difference in performance outcomes between public and private sector organizations. However, the extent to which positive cultural constructs are applied varies among organizations. The most influential constructs identified include goal achievement, employee engagement and commitment, and team spirit. This study contributes to the limited body of research on the impact of organizational culture on performance within the UAE context and provides practical insights for managers seeking to foster cultural dimensions that drive organizational success.
