Over time, the number of such organizations has increased and significantly influences global policies. The transformation in the economy has brought new cooperation treaties to the forefront of international relations. Furthermore, the increasing emphasis on regional development has changed the expectations of international cooperation. This study seeks to explore the necessary measures to meet these evolving expectations. Additionally, it aims to understand the changes needed in the organizational structures of international institutions, which serve as the main mediators of globalization. This study focuses on the acceleration of regionalization movements, a crucial aspect of today's global economy, and highlights the need for global restructuring in the context of international cooperation. Finally, this research strives to reveal the strategies noted to reshape Turkey's international relations in response to these global changes.
