A total of 384 questionnaires were distributed via email to faculty members holding administrative positions, such as Heads of Departments and Deans, with 250 responses received. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. The findings indicate that organizational strategic orientation negatively influences crisis management strategies. Additionally, organizational strategic orientation was found to have a significant positive relationship with organizational culture. Organizational culture, in turn, significantly impacts crisis management strategies, and it also mediates the relationship between strategic orientation and crisis management in private universities. %U https://apsshs.com/article/the-interplay-of-crisis-management-organizational-culture-and-strategic-orientation-in-private-jor-4hbiynaqgik8gxd
