N2  - This study examines how psychological capital is related to psychological empowerment in female leaders across private and public sectors. A random sample of 477 female workers in leadership roles from the Jizan region participated, of whom 312 were from the government sector and 165 from the private sector. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software, using techniques such as Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, t-tests, and analysis of variance. The findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and workplace empowerment components for female leaders in both sectors. The study also discusses its practical implications and provides recommendations for fostering leadership development and women’s empowerment.
